Integrating Technology into Education" focuses on teaching student-teachers how to use technology in their classrooms, highlighting the major technology programs not strictly internet service.  Integrating technology into classroom instruction means more than teaching basic computer skills and software programs.
The integration of technology in education is no longer a new idea, because technology has become a complementary part of society.  It is necessary to integrate its use in education in many various ways.  The use of computer has moved from computer assisted to the form of tutorials and practice, as exactly what we are doing in our "Educ560" course, advanced technology.  In that course we experienced for the first time to post such blogs, and designed web quests for students to learn online that fulfill there quests of learning, and also creating VCT's a virtual classroom tour, in which teachers and students are logged into the virtual learning environment at the same time.  More over today's technology can provide both teachers and students with opportunities for teaching and learning they used to lack in the past.  Now a day's technology can be used for communicating with people literally a world apart, it also can be used to create instructional materials as the examples mentioned above, and as presentation devices.
So as teachers technology helps them improve their classroom practice, and as students it motivates them, and in that way educators better prepare students for the future when using technology in the right way.
